Let’s be real for a moment — starting a new website is a little like moving into a giant empty warehouse. You’ve got the doors unlocked, the lights turned on, maybe a few cool things already set up… but most of it still echoes.

That’s kind of where FlesherNET is right now.

The homepage has some structure — a header with quick links to YouTube, Facebook, and email. The logo’s in place, the menu’s working, the featured image slider is live. There’s a sidebar menu (same as the header), a login widget, and even a scrolling news feed from other tech sites. But below all that? Yeah… it’s kind of a digital wasteland right now.

I’ve got big plans — blogs, projects, forums, community posts, how-to guides — all coming. But in the meantime, I’ve hit a bit of a creative wall. Specifically: what should I add to the homepage right now to make it feel alive, not just “under construction”?

So I’m throwing the question out to you.

What do you think would be helpful, cool, or just fun to see on the front page of FlesherNET? Would a “Project of the Week” widget be interesting? Maybe a quote or thought of the day? A “random build” showcase from other users? A quick list of useful tools or downloads?

If you’ve ever had a cool idea for a tech-focused homepage — even something weird or experimental — I want to hear it. Seriously. Drop me an email, shoot me a message on Facebook, or comment wherever you find this. Let’s build this part together.

FlesherNET isn’t about pretending to have everything perfect from day one — it’s about creating something real, something useful, and something that grows over time with help from people like you.

Let me know what you think.
