Welcome to FlesherNET!
I’m the person behind the website, and I figured a good place to start would be explaining what this site is about and what you can expect to find here.
I’ve been interested in computers, cars, electronics, and just about anything mechanical or technical for as long as I can remember. Over the years, that’s led to quite a collection of projects, from working on vehicles and building computers to programming, CNC equipment, and CAD design.
Some of those projects have turned out exactly as planned. Others have involved a lot more troubleshooting than I originally expected.
I’ve also picked up quite a bit of information along the way, and I’ve been looking for a place to organize and share some of it.
That’s where FlesherNET comes in.
What You’ll Find Here
The plan is to use FlesherNET as a home for the different things I work on and find interesting.
That includes project write-ups, technical guides, software, tools, and resources that might be useful to someone working on something similar.
I also want to share some of the details behind the projects, not just the finished results. If I run into a problem and figure out a solution, there’s a good chance someone else will encounter the same thing eventually.
And if I can save that person a few hours of troubleshooting, all the better.
Not everything here will be technical, either. I’ll probably write about other experiences, things on my mind, and subjects I feel like discussing from time to time.
I’m not planning to limit the website to one particular topic.
A Few Things I’m Considering
Along with the blog and project sections, I’ve been looking at possibilities for community features, forums, and ways for other people to share their own projects or ideas.
I’m still working out exactly what those features might look like, so I don’t want to promise anything specific just yet.
For now, I’m concentrating on getting the website set up and starting to put some content together.
Thanks for Stopping By
FlesherNET is still getting started, and there’s plenty I want to add.
If something here interests you, feel free to look around, follow along, or get in touch. I’m always interested in hearing from people who enjoy working on similar things.
Thanks for visiting, and welcome to FlesherNET.
